Cancellation
Policy
Deposit of 50% required
( Check, Cash, Visa or Master Card ) The other 50% payable on arrival
Deposit refunded less $20. if canceled 3 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations
made within three weeks of arrival is subject to forfeiture. We understand
there are reasons that might keep you from making your reservation and
we are fair and willing to work with you. If you have to cancel for good
reason we will allow you to use your deposit for a future visit depending
on availability. Or if we are successful in re-renting we will credit
you.
Rental prices do not include 7% PR Sales Tax.
